How can we help you

After speaking with our team and completing the registration process, you will become an employee of Erudite Partners. We will agree terms with your agency and send them our company compliance pack. Using the information from your timesheet we will invoice them for your work on a weekly or monthly basis (depending on the terms of your contract).

We will pay you the same day your funds hit our account. You will be paid via Faster Payments and receive a payslip detailing your deductions and contributions. You can also find a full pay summary breakdown on your client login.

The rate that your agency pays us is NOT your gross pay. It is an amount intended to cover not only your gross pay but also your employment overheads (including employer’s National Insurance and workplace pension auto enrolment contributions, and apprenticeship levy), our margin and provision for your holiday pay.

After the employer overheads are deducted. Your pay will be subject to the some deductions including Student Loan repayments and Pension Contributions if applicable.

Yes! As an employee of Erudite Partners you will be entitled to holiday pay. Upon registration you will be asked to confirm how you would like this to be paid. You can either opt for it to be set aside or advanced to you within each time you are paid. If you opt to have your holiday pay set aside, you will need to inform us when you would like it paid.
Yes! As an employee of Erudite Partners you will be entitled to a workplace pension. Upon registration, we will notify NEST and you will be auto-enrolled after three months. At this point you can choose to opt out if this is your preference. You can also let us know if you wish to be enrolled sooner.
